revealed preference
词源说明
Coined by American economist Paul Samuelson in the title of his paper in 1948, which presented a theoretical framework for inferring consumer preferences from observed purchasing behavior. Although Samuelson had introduced an earlier version of the theory in a paper in 1938, that publication did not employ the term “revealed preference.”
